How can you do this and slow weights? I figure if I stuck to the 100-push-ups thing, I'd suck more at slow weights, and that's already kicking my ass.
Oh, yeah. I put slow weights on hiatus until after the wedding, and have replaced them with the 100 pushup challenge. It was impossible to do both, as they're pretty much the same thing.

Yeah, slow weights really do kick the ass, don't they?
